Location: St. Louis, MO

Objective: Upgrade the CIP control system to improve functionality and process capability to clean additional types of chemical product from process equipment.

Approach: Updated logic in controller (A-B SLC 500) and operator interface screens (A-B PanelView) to allow for more varied recipe creation, better process control around critical parameters, and increased production.  Followed complete system development lifecycle process for implementation and testing.

Results: Increased the CIP system's ability to remove an additional 6 types of chemical product residue inside process equipment.  More robust and expandable system.  Easier to maintain system.
